If any item(s) arrive damaged or the wrong item was ordered, please contact us for a return, refund or exchange. Returns, refunds, and exchanges will be accepted within 5 days of the receipt of the item(s).

 

Prevention Source will not assume transport charges for any items returned, unless specifically agreed upon beforehand for products purchased online or by phone.

 

If you wish to cancel an order that has already been shipped to you, please note that shipping fees still apply.

 

We do not accept returns on used items, “As-is” products, goods ordered to your specifications (e.g. custom-made items), and gift cards. Please note that any product that has been modified or altered from its original state cannot be returned or exchanged.
